Welcome to Atlanta Speedometers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service and website. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our service.

Services Offered

Atlanta Speedometer specializes in the repair and refurbishment of speedometer clusters for all makes and models of cars. Customers are required to send their defective speedometer clusters to us, after which we will repair and return them.

Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for shipping their speedometer clusters to us at their own cost and risk. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. Atlanta Speedometer is not responsible for any items lost or damaged while in transit to or from our facility. After repair, we will return the speedometer cluster to you at the address provided, and the cost of return shipping will be added to your invoice unless otherwise specified.

Service Fees

All fees for service will be quoted after an initial assessment of the item sent to us. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred for services rendered, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Turnaround Time

While we aim to complete repairs in a timely manner, all turnaround times are estimates. Actual repair times may vary based on the specific condition of the speedometer cluster and our current workload.

Warranty

We offer a 5 year warranty on all repairs unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers only the labor and parts provided by Atlanta Speedometer. If the speedometer cluster fails due to parts we replaced or our workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or subsequent modifications. Shipping to our facility is provided at no charge within 30 days of repair.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atlanta Speedometers, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
